Custom and Made to Order Items

 

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Since these items are made specifically to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or modifications after production has begun. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

 

Made to Order Goods

Because each made to order item is crafted just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to reach out. We are happy to help ensure you get exactly what you want.

 

Lifetime Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship for life. If your Little Outlaw Leather Co. product ever fails due to a defect in workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

 

This guarantee covers issues related to construction and craftsmanship but does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage

Misuse or neglect

Exposure to extreme conditions such as water, fire, or chemicals

Shipping and Customs

 

U.S. Shipping Terms

All orders are shipped from within the United States. Because every piece is made to order, please allow up to 10 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume or custom work.

 

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, it is considered delivered to their care and is no longer under our direct control.

 

Delivery times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Weather, carrier delays, or holidays may affect these estimates.

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

 

If your order appears lost in transit or has not moved for more than 10 days, please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number for assistance, and contact us so we can help follow up where possible.

 

International Orders

Customs Fees and Delays

Please note that not all packages passing through customs will require additional fees or import duties. However, if your package is selected by customs and fees are applied, it is the responsibility of the purchasing party to pay those charges in order to receive the package. These fees are not within our control, as they are determined and collected by your local customs authority.

 

If your package appears to be delayed for more than 10 days beyond the estimated delivery time, it may be held by customs pending payment. In that case, you may need to visit anpost.com and enter your tracking number to view and settle any fees before your order can be released for final delivery.

 

We cannot be held responsible for delays or returned shipments resulting from unpaid customs fees or local import regulations.
