Custom Orders: All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Since these items are made specifically to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or modifications after production has begun. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Goods: Because each made-to-order item is crafted just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to reach out as we are happy to help ensure you get exactly what you want.

We stand behind our craftsmanship for life. If your Little Outlaw Leather Co. product ever fails due to a defect in workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This guarantee covers issues related to construction and craftsmanship but does not apply to:
